MergeGuide uses the following sub-processors to deliver our services. This list is maintained in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

MergeGuide will notify customers of changes to this sub-processor list at least 30 days before engaging a new sub-processor. Customers who have entered into a DPA with MergeGuide may object to the addition of a new sub-processor within 30 days of notification.
